`Several weeks ago I phoned to enquire if it would be possible to renovate my roof to the same condition as a roof you had recently done on a nearby property.
I told you the property was a semi detached house over fifty years old. It had moss all over it with broken and missing slates. You assured me the roof would look as good as new when your workmen had finished.
True to your word the roof now looks better than I ever thought possible. The workmen were very professional hard working individuals; Andy and his associates did a fantastic job, they left the working area spotlessly clean, not cutting any corners to rush the job along.
